Colorbar I-glide Pencil Glowing Sapphire Review

Hey all!
Today I will be reviewing Colorbar's I-Glide Pencil in Glowing Sapphire. I simply love this colour! Read on for my take on the product.

The shade is Glowing Sapphire, and I must say it it just like a glowing sapphire! I love the shade!



The pencil is a sharpenable one which leads to a lot of wastage. But personally I prefer these as they are longer lasting than the retractable ones.

It has the colour indicated on the bottom part of the pencil to show the shade when it is placed amongst several other pencils.


The colour is a beautiful sapphire with glitter and shine. Beware though, too much of it during the daytime could spoil the entire look. One swipe is not enough to bring out the beauty of this colour, hence building up its pigmentation is a good option. The pencil is super creamy and glides on my eyes like butter! I love how soft they are! The only disadvantage of these soft pencils are that they tend to need constant resharpening :(


 The colour is smudge proof as well as water proof but since it contains a lot of glitter, when it comes in contact with the water the glitters tend to spread all over your eyes making it look a bit ugly. The colour lasts on my eyelids for about 6 hours without any hassle but then starts fading a bit and the glitter spreads with sweat and water :(

Pros:
- The colour is veryyy beautiful
- Lasts really long
-  Very creamy and soft

Cons:
- Glitter tends tp spread all over my face after a while
- Very expensive

Yay or nay to recommend:
I would definitely recommend this pencil! I love the colour and the glitter just adds to its beauty! It is totally worth the price and I wouldn't mind purchasing more colours from this range.

      Hehe sorry but I'm an addict just like you so I'm tempted to keep buying more myself :D
      Yeah I actually took quite a few pictures but when I enlarged it I realized they were all blurred :(. Will put them up in a separate EOTD post soon :)

    i feel this is the most beautiful shade of the range along with prunella(my fav:D), u know ive swatched this at the counter sooo many times but stop myself due to the price, my other 3 iglides were all bought at the price less than 350! but i guess ill give in soon, n buy this! sigh! we makeup addicts:P
    and Neha madam, aap to meri behen hai , u have so many eyeliners, even i do! everyone around me keeps teasing me:P but ive decided not to bbuy more anytime soon ! n thankfully hvnt bought any in 2013, but got one free yesterday:P u saw na in my brushes post :P

      Haha ya Poorva but I'm slowly giving in I really badly want to buy more eyeliners now.. Serious make up addicts we are :D
      I've heard so much about the prunella one.. Think I'll give it a try soon :D. Even I was in two minds about buying it because of the price but I just had to buy it :D

    I have the same one in turquiose shade.. And its soo amazingly soft.. U r right it does feel like butter on the eyes..
